Rideshare pickup and drop-off: Mill Race Run in Landa Park. Check city routing before the trip.
People taking Uber, Lyft or another rideshare service to Wurstfest should plan around a designated pickup and drop-off area on Mill Race Run in Landa Park. The City of New Braunfels highlighted that location in a November 5 announcement about navigating festival traffic.
Agree on the designated meeting point
The city’s notice identifies Mill Race Run as the rideshare location. Passengers can use that information to discuss their meeting point with their driver and check the city’s current transportation guidance before the trip. Do not assume that every entrance or nearby street is available for stopping.
Large vehicles have separate routing
Charter buses, motorcoaches, party buses and limousines are being routed to avoid low-clearance bridges and other potential traffic hazards, according to the city. A passenger rideshare instruction should not be treated as a large-vehicle route. Operators and group organizers should consult the city’s Wurstfest transportation information for the appropriate directions.
Check the current instructions
The announcement links to the city’s Wurstfest webpage for more rideshare information. It does not specify pickup operating hours, a full turn-by-turn route, prices, parking availability or road-closure times. Check those details before leaving and follow posted traffic directions on arrival. We verified the official notice November 5; this guide is not live traffic monitoring.
City Wurstfest transportation information
For residents traveling through the area, the practical distinction is between ordinary rideshare pickup and the separate routes for larger passenger vehicles. Allow time for festival-area traffic and use the city’s latest instructions rather than improvising a pickup point.
